Having problems with your saved game? Try this trick (you'll need a memory card):

Go to the Xbox dashboard and copy your Apex files to your memory card. Now delete the files from the Xbox. Restart your Xbox without a disc inserted. Copy the files from the memory card back to the Xbox.

All tracks and circuits
Go to the dream mode then enter the following code: WORLD

All concept cars
Go to dream mode then enter the following code as the brand name: DREAMY

All production cars
Go to dream mode then enter the following code as your brand name: REALITY
